**Description**:
Here in AXA UK, our commitment and investment to support business growth continues and we have an exciting opportunity for an Aggregator Change Executive supporting the Senior Relationship Manager in leading all technical Aggregator changes for new projects. This role will ensure that all changes are led in accordance with processes and governance as set out by the Senior Relationship Manager.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Support the Senior Relationship Manager in the development of change processes with both Aggregator partners and AXA Retail, ensuring projects are managed effectively and in line with plan.
- Support in the operational support to the business including risk reporting, project management, MI management and optimisation.
- Support all projects utilising the Aggregator team, ensuring full business briefs are completed and reviewed by the Senior Relationship Manager within agreed timeframes.
- Manage and support in change testing working with the Aggregator Technical Lead, and ensuring Senior Relationship Manager is aware of all new, ongoing and closed testing plans.
- Be recognised as a Subject Matter Expert for Aggregator change within the Axcellerate project areas. Regularly cascading information to stakeholders ensuring all are aware of ongoing issues and priority changes.
- Ensure all Change requests and build packs for Aggregators are completed as per instructions and reported within Service Now for Governance satisfaction.
- Support the Aggregator Relationship Executives and Aggregator Technical Lead in ensuring they are fully up to date with all change and operational challenges from high level projects.
- Support the Senior Relationship Manager and Aggregator Technical Lead in technical project management providing stakeholders with specifications for our Aggregator partners and leading conversations with all involved.
- Manage all change with special projects ensuring work is completed within agreed timelines, and in conjunction with Aggregator change priorities, set by the Aggregator Technical Lead.

**Qualifications**:

- Testing Experience.
- Aggregator Technical knowledge would beneficial, but is not essential.
- Strong influencing, negotation and communication skills.
- Analytical, commerially minded with an aptitude for data.
- Change leadership, project management and people skills.
- Attention to detail.
