Pentagon Freight Services in Aberdeen are currently looking for an experienced Skills Training Instructor to join their team.

As a Skills Training Instructor at Pentagon Freight Services PLC, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality dangerous goods handling, health, safety, and environment (HSE) training programs not only internally within Pentagon Freight but also Externally to clients. Reporting directly to the Training Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering diverse HSE-related courses to our clients

The Skills Training Instructoris responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
**Course Delivery**:Assist with the design, development, and delivery a diverse range of HSE-related training courses, including but not limited to Dangerous Goods Training, RTITB training, IOSH training, risk assessments, manual handling, fire safety, and work at height.

**Compliance and Accreditation**: Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Maintain accreditation for courses and certifications, adhering to accreditation guidelines and renewal processes.

**Training Material Development**: Develop and update training materials, presentations, and resources to reflect current best practices, regulatory changes, and industry trends.

**Client Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific training needs and customizing course offerings accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

**Collaboration and Support**: Work closely with the Training Manager to coordinate training schedules, allocate resources, and optimize training delivery.

**Continuous Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and assess training programs, soliciting feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.

**Administration**:Maintaining accurate documentation and training records concerning courses being delivered and assisting with the post-course administration ensuring learners receive certification within a timely manner.

- Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to show initiative and deliver solutions
