BAM FM is recruiting a Contract Administrator to join the FM team based in Salford.
**Your mission**
- Manage compliance PPM records, ensuring PPM is scheduled for completion
- Issue & manage PPM (internally & externally)
- Provide regular reports to CM & client
- Assist & support CM with contractual requirements
- Complete SEQ forms (as and when required)
- Renewal of PO’s on contract anniversary
- Cover absence on Helpdesk on adhoc basis
- Cover for Contract Manage holidays
- Liaise directly with client when needed,
- Prepare and submit quotes for PPM remedials
**Who are we looking for?**
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation skills
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Customer Care skills in a client facing environment.
- Understanding of service level agreements, service targets and objectives.
- Understanding key performance indicators and the importance of them to maintain delivery standards and performance both internally and to the client.
- Strong IT user skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- To be proactive and radical with the working approach, showing flexibility to both clients and team alike.
- To be a proven team player in an operations based environment
