**Training**:
On completion of your first 2 weeks, you will be presented with a development plan that provides information on your career milestones in the business including how to get to the next step and earn a higher salary.

Every step of the way, you will be supported but also given the opportunity to showcase your skills. You will receive a combination of structured training, informal on-the-job learning, regular check-ins.

At the outset, you will be assigned a direct manager to help guide your progression. They will agree a planned course of action with you and provide all the means necessary to achieve your career goals but they do want you to really showcase your skill andinitiative and work hard to excel on every project or task you are part of.

There are currently three graduate opportunities available across the business:
**Bid/Estimation**:
This role will start by spending time with different departments, understanding the projects and how they operate. You will be involved in preparing price tenders, getting better ricing for sub contactors, assisting with the submission process to hit thebid deadlines and esnure bids can be won. You will minimise exclusions to the tender by Liaising with client and sub-contractor and have an opportunity to go out on site to review upcoming projects as well as projects already in operation. You will reviewawarded tender drawings with Project team and highlight areas of concern. This role requires excellent attention to detail and a degree relevant to the role. You must be a confident communicator with the ability to meet deadlines.

**Surveying**:
You will be involved in the preparation and price tenders ready to send, prepare subcontractor bid packages and contracts. You will need a thorough understanding of the scope for specific trades assigne and ensure you submit 100% of bids and budgets by thebid deadline. You will develop RFI's and clarifications and ensure adequate subcontractor coverage, Including value-engineering ideas on every bid in order to the give the client best value. You will review awarded tender drawings with Project team and highlightareas of concer as well as highlighting sub-contractors and materials that require lead times for design and materials. There will be an element of travel and visiting sites nationwide, reporting findings and highlight any issues on a weekly basis.

You will require a QS relevant degree for this role, good attention to detail, confident communicator as well as a full driving licence for site visits. You will ideally have already gained some relevant experience on site or on placement/internship.

**Project Management**:
This is a fast paced role for a graduate with strong project management skills looking for a role that will involve nationwide site visits to manage your projects. You will direct and manage project development from inception to completion, define projectscope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. You will develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. You will need to effectively communicate and manage projectcommercial expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. This will involve liaison with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. You will need to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

All of the above roles will be supporting by a development training plan, providing you with milestones to achieve with saalry increases as you meet required standards/targets.
