What we need from you:

- Qualified to HND level or higher in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a technical role within the housebuilding sector
- IT literate with experience of AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel and Word
- An understanding of Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, Party Wall Awards and associated construction industry legislation
- Good design skills with the ability to interpret the designs and technical demands of others
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound commercial acumen
- Articulate and calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team or in isolation, and manage external working relationships
- Organised and self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of projects
