Liaising with custodians to make sure that all types of corporate actions from dividends to reverse stock splits, etc. are reported, and kept up to date in the books and records of our systems

Liaising with Fund/Portfolio Managers, and registrars to make sure that all Discretionary Corporate Actions are applied for and kept up to date

Investigating and resolving the CGIX rec daily and informing other departments if discrepancies relate to that department

Every morning team members will be required to reconcile all income accounts which includes reconciliation between bank accounts and our bureau system

Responsible for the reconciliation of all safe custody assets and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved

**Experience Required**

3 years plus experience within corporate actions/fund operations

Strong communication skills

Strong MS office skills/Excel

IOC qualification preferred
