Corporate Actions Analyst

This role is primarily responsible for dividend and corporate action processing across the various business areas of the asset management division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing and reconciling of corporate action entitlements, including collection of fund manager instructions for voluntary events
- Ongoing support of Proxy Voting policy and process
- Reconciliation and processing of dividend entitlements to client portfolios including the completion of dividend mandate forms
- Updating of dividend entitlements for deceased clients to ensure accurate production of probate valuations
- Input of instructions relating to corporate actions to custodian systems and CREST GUI
- Analysis, collation and distribution of disclosure data
- The role may require late finishes to the working day in time of high volumes
- Demonstrate an understanding of and compliance with regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Effective multitasker
- Excellent Corporate Action and Dividend experience
- Good all round securities knowledge
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous exposure CREST GUI and custodian systems
