**Summary of key responsibilities/deliverables**
The Residential Field Sales Representative** **role is responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in Hyperoptic service-connected buildings. RSA will conduct face-to-face selling of Hyperoptic service, taking all necessary steps to maximise the opportunity of the sales visit, delivering promotional materials, building rapport with residents, representing the company at events at residents' meetings, educating customers about our products and collecting customers feedback. RSA will the CRM system with customers data and be the face and voice of our brand.
**What will you be doing?**
**Deliver sales results**
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Make sure a schedule of visits are completed on daily basis
- Increase sales conversion rate
- Focus on upsell of high value products ensuring that we are offering a service which meets each customer's needs
- Maximize potential of every interaction with potential customer
- Build rapport with existing and potential customers to ensure further recommendations
**Raise brand awareness**
- Act as brand ambassador of the company
- Demonstrate company values in every interaction with customers
- Generating brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing
- Represent company at events
- Protect and contribute to the improvement of the company reputation and brand
**Promote Hyperoptic service**
- Present benefits of our service in a clear and understandable way
- Promote Hyperoptic product and service advantages
- Educate customers about our service and how it can meet their needs
**Collecting customer feedback**
- Collect customers' feedback about our brand, product, pricing, competitors influence, promotions
- Share customer's feedback with all relevant stakeholders
- Escalate potential complaints and any indication of dissatisfaction
- Share ideas for improvements based on customers feedback
