Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist uses their technical knowledge to craft marketing campaigns and strategy. The role is part of a well-established marketing department with development opportunities and an establishedcareer path. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Working with the Head of Marketing on the delivery of digital marketing projects and campaigns, making data driven decisions to achieve ROI.
- Responsible for operational maintenance of the Owlstone Medical website and be able to perform technical website optimizations by modifying HTML and CSS code. Liaising, where needed, with external providers on the delivery and completion of website projectsacross the business.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Skills**
- Experience of website management, html and CSS.
- Understanding of digital marketing, including digital ads (Facebook, Google Adwords, LinkedIn), marketing systems (ideally Marketo and/or Salesforce), SEO and analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well with other members of the Sales and Marketing team towards a shared goal.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a close team.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media or equivalent.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience of web development, Wordpress preferred.
