An exciting opportunity is available for a creative Digital Marketing Executive to join a highly motivated team, based in Cambridge.

The Digital Marketing Executive will play an instrumental part in shaping the businesses digital marketing strategy, evolving the marketing technology, digital capabilities and supporting with marketing tactics when required as well as providing CRM support.

In this fast-paced and varied role, duties include:

- Shape the global digital marketing strategy, in support of the commercial goals and under guidance from the leadership team
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Manager and broader commercial functions to design and deliver digital marketing campaigns using a variety of channels
- Define relevant metrics and KPIs to measure, report and improve the performance of campaigns
- Accountable for HubSpot platform as the core marketing automation and CRM platform
- Create and activate effective CRM strategies to drive revenue from the database
- Guide all content development from a keyword/SEO-friendly perspective
- Facilitate growth in website traffic, drive effective user journeys through the website, to increase form submissions
- Plan and manage social media channels
- Manage the relationship with digital agencies
- Keep up to date with new digital marketing trends, technologies, channels
- Support with the execution of a limited number of face-to-face marketing activities
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Manage the company website for content, Adwords and driving additional traffic through engagement marketing activities.

Excellent copywriting skills along with a strategic mindset and CRM/Marketing automation experience is required.

Experience in B2B marketing, SEO and google analytics knowledge is desirable but not essential.

**Location**: Cambridge

**Hours**:Monday-Friday (Hybrid working with 3-4 days in the office per week)

**Salary**:Up to £35,000 per annum

**Term**:Permanent
