**The Role**:

- As a Trainee Technical Sales Representative you will be trained to sell the companies range of temporary works to civil contractors, ground workers and end users.
- You will be working both internally at the company’s regional depot and also be field based with existing Technical Sales Representatives.
- Once you’re trained up you’ll be working independently.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with well-established customers whilst also closing for new business.
- Manage appointments and schedules through efficient planning and time management.
- Liaising with internal staff within the Depots and Design teams to ensure the delivery of products.
- Communicating effectively with contractors on site and providing feedback regarding unexploited opportunities and competitors.
- Up to £25k, Pension, Car/Car allowance, Mobile & Laptop.
- Covering: A radius of the West Yorkshire Depot.

**The Ideal Person**:

- Will be seeking a role where they’ll be developed and trained up to become a fully external sales representative.
- The individual will either have a degree looking to get into sales OR be in an internal sales role looking to be trained up to become field based.
- Construction exposure/experience is desirable but not essential.
- Will be hungry, tenacious and have the ability to build relationships over a period of time.
- You will want to build a career and develop with the company.
