**Role**:Internal/External Sales Executive

**Salary**:TBC by Site

**Hours**:Monday - Friday

**Location**:Reading

**The key duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows**:

- Develop robust sales plans, within the constraints of operational capacity, that seek to secure profitable new market share and gross margin growth.
- Personally, lead negotiations with potential customers and through regular meetings, build relationships to maximise commercial opportunities with them.
- Be an ambassador for high customer service standards that seek to build customer retention levels.
- Process sales enquiries / orders and see all administration through to completion, ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
- This role requires you to be based in the office carrying out internal sales as well as being mobile in the field visiting customers face to face.
- Previous sales experience within a B2B sales environment
- Proven record of building up accounts and delivering results/achieving targets & KPI’s.
- Builds strong relationships quickly, has a proactive attitude & approach.
- Can drive & has a full UK driving licence.
