My client, are a Chartered wealth planning practice based in Central London who have been operating for over 20 years. They have an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice to HNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees,accumulators and families across Kent, Sussex & London. They do have some corporate clients as well who are looked after by a specific adviser. My client comprise of a team of highly experienced Employed Chartered Advisers who are supported by a pooled environmentof administrators and paraplanners.
I am speaking directly to the Managing Director. Business is busier than ever with a growing number of new queries coming into their inboxes through referrals and recommendations meaning they do not need to do any marketing activities. A large proportionof the advice they are giving is across Pensions, Investments, Estate Planning & IHT planning. Their highest net worth clients (£10m investable assets) do get involved more complex products and wealth structuring. As a result of this ongoing success, a brand-newvacancy has been created by the Managing Director for a highly experienced Paraplanner.
You will be working in a pooled environment of paraplanners but specifically on cases which are held by the firms’ highest net worth clients and most complex cases. You will take ownership in managing the production of reports and letters for clients, undertakinganalysis of clients’ needs and wants, researching appropriate products and helping the Advisers recommend the best course of action. There may be instances where you sit in on meetings with the Advisers. My client place great emphasis on the extensive detailin its reports for clients yet keeping it simple and easy to understand. This role will be suitable for a Paraplanner who is diploma qualified may be looking to work towards their Chartered status. Full study will be given if you are undertaking your finalexam.
- Salary £50k (negotiable)
- Office based role with some WFH options
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (33 days)
- 37.5 hours per week (8.30 to 5 with hour for lunch)
