Our client is a highly regarded and well-known name within the Wealth Management sector and has an excellent reputation for not only being very client centric, but also supporting and developing their staff.
They are now looking for an additional Paraplanner to support this niche team, within the larger business. This team specialise in dealing with high value and complex trust cases for HNW private individuals and their families and estates. They work very closelywith several law firms and require someone that can be the link with these firms and not be fazed by the technicalities of legal documents, hence the need for some with some form of legal background.
This position will still have the usual demands of a Paraplanning role but is more focused bespoke report writing and detailed product research, to ensure the best possible solutions are provided to the clients. In addition to this, you will gain regular exposureto the clients, acting as their first point of contact where practical and taking a very active role in the half year and annual reviews, which are conducted for all clients. If you are looking for a fresh challenge as a Paraplanner, then this would be anexcellent new move for you. You will be working alongside some of the firms highest billing Advisers, gaining insight into areas that most Paraplanners would not get exposure to and taking a very active part in the advice piece, working closely with the Advisersto provide "best advice" for the clients.
You will ideally need to be level 4 Diploma qualified, although my client would consider someone that was very near to gaining their Diploma status. This role also offers excellent on the job training and mentoring, as well as being part office, part home based.
