This job will play a key role in contributing to the UK’s economic recovery, ‘Restart’ which is a cornerstone of the Governments ‘Plan for Jobs’ strategy and the existing expansion to the existing Work and Health Programme.

The role will be supporting individuals who have been in long
- term unemployment or those affected because of the devastating economic impact of Covid-19.

**Location**: Sandwell (West Bromwich Centre)

**Salary**: 16,000.00 per annum

**Hours**:Full-time

Immediate Starts Available

**Role Requirements**:

- To take telephone calls, promoting a positive response
- To act as front of house reception ensuring all learners are treated in a courteous and professional manner
- To book learners on courses and check attendance
- To carry out any associated paperwork including data capture on the appropriate system
- To provide general support to learners, by providing information, advice and guidance on courses available
- To support learners who have not achieved a positive progression after their course, referring them to additional help and support as required.
