**HEAD OFFICE**: Based in Loughton, Essex (Nearest Tube Station: Debden) PLEASE NOTE: This position is based at a residential address since both directors work from home. HOWEVER, the office is a seperate building and doesn't form part of themain residence.

Our Managing Directors need a Personal Assistant which can support them in the business, as well as, on a personal level. Since founding the company it has grown every year and is now at a stage where a very well equipped 'All-Rounder" will be an excellentaddition to lessening the workload for both directors.

This will include from attending client meetings on her behalf to accepting the grocery delivery if no one is at home.

You will be liaising closely with her and execute and support a significant amount of her projects.
- Out of Hours_ working will be required at times. Glyntree provides days in lieu (TOIL) or pay overtime. Renumeration (pay or time off) for overtime is agreed on a case-by-case basis.

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE**:

- A Jack-of-all-Trades and a King of at Least One.
- 2 years and more work experience
- Clean driving License
- Travel is part and parcel of this job.
- A Can-Do attitude with a first-time-right mentality.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing diaries: arranging appointments, assist with the company calendar of booking engineers once cost approval is received and making reservations.
- Booking and arranging all business and personal travel.
- Organising a variety of functions such as engineers Health & Safety Training and Toolbox Talks, as well as, assisting with the organisation of company social activities.
- General office duties such as filling and opening of post, distributes and files correspondence hard copies, as well as electronic copies to relevant departments.
- Managing databases and filling systems
- Liaising with the Directors, Office Manager and suppliers to ensure job materials are delivered on time for scheduled works.
- Using the appropriate software: collating and filing expenses and linking it to the relevant project reports.

**PERSONAL SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Filing of all personal correspondence for both directors.
- Booking private holidays and travel.
- Assisting with managing all South African projects.
- First year while managing director is on maternity leave, international travel to visit projects Glyntree Ltd support in South Africa on a personal and business level.
- Undertaking ad hoc tasks for directors, which may be personal in nature, to ensure the directors are able to focus on necessary business tasks.
