Our aim is to provide the best service for our clients and customers who can expect us to attend rapidly when needed and ensure that a first-class job is carried out at every visit.

**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED personal assistant/admininistrator to join our team. You will be contacting clients and customers on a daily basis so good spoken English is required. We do rely on various apps to communicate throughout the day and to provide relevant job information so the ability to use a smartphone and a computer is essential.

Duties will include
- Data input
- Contacting clients
- Booking in jobs
- Sending reports
- Communicating with engineers
- Random office/admin tasks

Probation Period
1-week trial then 3 months probation

Salary
£18k - £24k PA (To be discussed at interview depending on experience - POSSIBLY MORE)

Job Type
Full time - permanent Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (30-minute lunch)

**Skills**:

- Good telephone manner
- Must be reliable and punctual
- MUST HAVE a background in admin
