**About the role**

Our Consultants provide administrative, project management and analytical work across our projects. Their day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed analysis on both quantitative and qualitative information; working closely with clients at a frontline level to deliver change, and creating documented deliverables including reports and presentations - all in which aid the progress of our work.

Our Consultants support their colleagues on specific elements of a project - with tasks that range from administration and coordination of project activities, supporting workshops, working with frontline professionals, and capturing key insights to share with their project Managers.

**About you**

To be right for the role of Consultant within IMPOWER, you should have a combination of the below skills and experiences:

- Evidenced experience of working on change and transformation projects within the public sector, social care, local government or health environments - including supporting senior project team colleagues with specific workstreams.
- Demonstrable experience working closely with others on a project, building strong relationships quickly and tackling resistance as it arises.
- Demonstrable experience facilitating, developing or supporting workshops, focus groups or other similar activities - with support from senior colleagues.
- Evidence of working at pace on a project whilst delivering high quality outcomes.
- Experience and demonstrable comfort in adapting quickly to new topic areas, clients or developing new skills when required.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Good understanding of what it means to work with values-based people and organisations.
- Competent in all Microsoft Office software, including; ability to use Excel to analyse data; presentation skills to a range of stakeholders, producing high quality documents and reports.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Organisation skills.
