Monday - Friday; 37.5 hours a week

Location: Chigwell, Essex

A well-known and established High-End Boutique Law Firm located in Chigwell Essex, is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary within Conveyancing, to join their legal team.

You must have excellent attention to detail, be proactive and confident in liaising with Partners and senior professionals, with the ability to work under mínimal supervision. Residential or Commercial Property knowledge and experience is essential.

The role will include but will not be limited to providing a wide range of secretarial duties; Supporting the Senior partner of the business.

Key Responsibilities;
- Audio and copy typing
- Taking calls
- Providing administrative support to Lawyers, Paralegals and Partner
- Copying and Scanning
- Drafting documents and letters
- Proof reading and amending where necessary
- Submitting SDLT returns
- Diary Management and organising meetings

Person Specification;
- Focused
- Flexible approach to work with a hands-on attitude
- Knowledge of Property Law
- Professional, efficient and ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Personable and self-motivated
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Works well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint knowledge
- Ability to communicate with all clients and colleagues at all levels
- Impeccable time management skills
- An understanding and/or up to date practical experience of conveyancing procedures
- Knowledge of Residential Property is Essential
