Due to growth and development our client is looking for an Account Manager to join them on a full-time basis, providing a high level of account and relationship management with key clients within the organization.
As part of the role, you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, a generous commission structure and company car.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the 'face' of the organization for many key clients
- Develop and enhance contact points within the organization
- Win, renew and retain key clients
- Maximize sales across clients, introducing new and relevant products where necessary
- Recruit new members to the team
- Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of account management and customer service is maintained at all times
- Construct plans for the client, presenting both face to face and virtually
Key Experience:
- Previous experience in a Sales / Account Management role is a must have
- Ability to manage multiple clients, maintaining relationships with various points of contact
- Experienced in achieving targets and new business sales
- Ability to learn a new industry along with key terms and sales points within that sector
- Ability to present in front of clients whilst negotiating where necessary
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels
