**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Direct and manage all activities relating to the delivery of effective customer service
- Line Manager for internal team; Customer Services Manager and In House Sales
- Administration of Key End User Accounts
- Manage credit accounts
- Manage debtors and creditors
- Update and oversee cashflow
- Manage Technical Sales & Aftersales care
- Training and mentoring of all employees
- Manage cross borders
- Oversee and monitor all complaints
- Cover for CSM and In House Sales
- Manage price lists

You will be based out of our London showroom in Clerkenwell Monday to Friday HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Trustworthy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in customer service management
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team

**Salary**: From £55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
