- Oversee customer complaints and ensure swift resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service
- Conduct regular customer service audits and reviews
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Customer Service should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior customer service role within the business services sector
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- A deep understanding of customer service best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic planning and organisational abilities
