The Ecommerce Executive’s responsibilities include:

- Owning and managing the day-to-day CRO programme
- Owning and managing the Personalisation platform
- Owning and managing the optimisation of the Trustpilot platform
- Undertaking significant research investigations, using analytics tools (GA, Hotjar etc.), and more general online research
- Supporting day to day website updates using the Magento CMS system
- Supporting product uploads to the company websites
- Daily review and maintenance of the company’s suite of websites
- Management of certain day to day relationships with the digital agency support staff
- Web testing
- SEO and Paid Ads support activity
- A/B and User testing support and input
- Other activities to support the Ecommerce Manager
- Travel to meetings with suppliers

**About You**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, can-do professional with at least 1 years’ experience in an Ecommerce or Digital Marketing role. It is important to have previous experience using Content Management Systems, with previous experience of Magento a preference.
