We are seeking a Delivery Manager / Project Manager to work with the business and key stakeholders, to deliver a programme of change for the organisation as well as other projects, on a permanent, full time basis

The role will be office based 5 days a week, in the centre of Birmingham - we provide a 20 day WFH allowance.

Full details of the project and responsibilities are available to applicants who have the following experience and attributes
- You have at least 5+ years relevant delivery management experience in programmes and projects in a Commercial environment.
- You will have experience of project delivery across various areas of an organisation.
- You are comfortable in the detail and can communicate with a wide range of stakeholders effectively, both written and verbally.
- You report statuses concisely. You are able to foresee challenges and adapt your delivery approach accordingly.
- You will Project and Delivery Manage multiple workstreams in order to deliver a programme of change for the organisation. This will include, but not be limited to, IT change.
- Working with the Business Analyst, you will set clear short and medium term delivery goals and drive the team to deliver against them.
- Working with the Business Analyst you will be able to pivot the team to the most valuable work when changes are required
- The role will involve delivery of technical solutions and changes via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled team which will consist of both internal and external resources.
- Delivery plans will be created on a per project basis. You will work with the Business Analyst, IT Manager and the wider business to define the elements that enable success.
- You will determine and manage the tooling used for the team to work from, and for you to report statuses back to stakeholders.
- You’re a facilitator You’ll determine and facilitate what’s needed to ensure effective team and stakeholder meetings. You’ll drive those meetings against objectives that are clear and have been pre-communicated.
