We have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Operations Coordinator **to join our Sales Operations Team, based at our **Fender EMEA** head office in **East Grinstead**.
Working within the Sales Operations Team, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for various aspects of Fender EMEA's Sales tools and processes. They will be responsible for maintaining essential systems used by the DSM (District Sales Manager) workforce as well as various parts of the internal AS400 system, such as Dealer Price Lists and Agreements.
**About the opportunity**:
- Maintain relevant data within Fender's internal AS400, such as Price Lists and Product Deal codes, working with various departments such as Finance, Product Management and Sales
- Establish and maintain a future-order shipping programme to always ensure delivery of products at the earliest opportunity
- Assist the Inside Sales & Key Accounts teams in future-order maintenance
- Work alongside the Business Development Managers (BDMs), Sales Managers and Sales Directors to organise creation, coordination, and enforcement of European sales initiatives
- Work alongside the Product Management team in the creation and delivery of Monthly Sales Focus sheets
- Aid in the growth of Fender D2C operations through dedicated support to the E-Comm team and maintenance of relevant information in the AS400 system
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
- Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Sales Operations Manager
This is an indication of the main responsibilities of the role and the Company reserve the right to amend the content of the role at its discretion.
The work pattern for this role will be a blended working arrangement with time spent in both our Head Office in East Grinstead, West Sussex and from home.
