The Role:
The Sales Office Administrator will have full responsibility for coordinating Sales team actions, ensuring that enquiries are managed effectively with the appropriate sales or technical representatives, and take a proactive approach to following up on leads and prospects with the aim to secure bookings for the Sales Executives.
The Sales Office Administrator will be the direct point of contact for all sales enquiries for times when the sales representatives are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Promote the company in a positive and professional manner as the first point of contact for sales enquiries.
- Capture detailed notes of client requirements, ensuring they are entered onto the CRM system and relayed effectively to the team.
- Maintain the company CRM data, working with colleagues to optimise the CRM and its workflows.
- Compile regular sales reporting capturing current lead pipeline and conversion rates, using the CRM reporting tools.
- Oversee communications between sales representatives and clients, capturing actions on the system and following up with sales representatives to ensure timely client communications.
- Utilise social media tools to raise brand awareness by supporting Marketing activities
