**REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Finance and Business Operations**
Challenger has an immediate need for an **Operations Associate** to join our dynamic team of operations and contract professionals. As our Operations Associate within the Finance team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in sales contract management/administration while supporting Challenger’s full life cycle of contract management activities. This is a hybrid position that will also support various office management and operational needs at our London office and is expected to be within commuting distance of our office in Holborn, London. You will also assist regional leads with business operational needs relating to staff onboarding/off-boarding and office management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Contract Workflow**:

- Ensure that all commercial contracts are structured to comply with Challenger policies and business processes
- Review and triage commercial contract submissions via either our CPQ tool or through our legal inbox, liaising with other members of the contracting team or outside legal counsel as necessary
- Be the go-to resource and administrator of our internal CPQ tool, making changes to align with our contracting processes and/or product updates
- Own processes to manage, organize, and update all contracting templates, policies, and resources
- Manage Challenger’s responses to vendor and security questionnaires, and triage responses, and be the first point of contact for all supplier registration set-up
- Provide contractual and business guidance to cross-functional teams across Challenger, including Marketing, Product, Client Success
- **Office Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees in our London office regarding facility-related issues and concerns
- Manage the relationship with building management, own contract renewal, and coordinate office moves
- Assist in new hire orientation process, including setting up office space and working with IT regarding equipment set-up
- Plan and coordinate special events and initiatives
- In coordination with IT, supervise the maintenance and inventory of office equipment

**KEY EXPERIENCE**
- 2 years of professional experience in an administrative role
- Experience in Salesforce CRM or similar tools
- Prior contract management experience is not required but is a plus
- You are reliable, prompt, and enthusiastic.
- You enjoy learning cool new technologies and sharing those tips with your colleagues.
- You are tenacious - you never give up and click on everything until you figure out a solution.
- You have a good business aptitude, initiative, and the foresight to anticipate needs.
- You are resourceful and independent; you are self-reliant but know when to ask for help.
