The Role:

As a Temporary Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the operations department. Your attention to detail, proficiency in Sage , and impeccable written and spoken English will ensure the operations team is operating at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your expertise in Sage to maintain accurate records and process data efficiently. Collaborate with the team to ensure all operations tasks are completed promptly and accurately. Contribute to analysing operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency. Provide excellent administrative support to the operations team, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Sage is a must. Impeccable spoken and written English. Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy. A proactive and adaptable approach, always looking for ways to improve processes. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
