Our client is looking to expand their team by employing a mortgage broker who, while being the intermediary between lender and borrower, will create bespoke offerings to suit the individual requirements of the clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assess, source and obtain AIPS’s for residential and BTL mortgages from the whole of market sourcing platforms.
- Assess proof of ID, Mortgage history, Equifax search, Proof of Income, Affordability, etc. in accordance with company and FCA procedures, and updating the system accordingly.
- Delivering compliant and beneficial outcomes for customers seeking MCOB Advice and recommendation services.
- Working in line with our FCA regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the Data Protection Act, Data Security and Anti Money Laundering procedures.

**Qualities**:

- 2 years of experience in a financial services role that has dealt with regulated mortgages and direct client referrals.
- Experience in non-investment life / illness / income protection sales would be advantageous.
