An International business based in Guildford is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager.

You will work event-based projects, working closely with the client and the internal teams to plan and monitor all details of the implementation. To ensure the successful delivery of all projects, you will work within developed quality control standardswhich includes:

- _**Regularly Updated Project Schedule**_. The dedicated Project Manager creates a Project Schedule that addresses all the variables of the deployment
- _**Budget Plan and Tracking**_. A cost baseline or time-phased budget for measuring/monitoring costs. The Project Manager updates the budget regularly and distributes to relevant project stakeholders.
- **_Risk Assessment Plan_**. The Risk Assessment Plan describes potential risks, including their sources, symptoms, and ways to address them. The Project Manager creates this plan, when appropriate, and updates it throughout the project.
- **_Status Reports_**. The Project Manager writes and distributes regular status reports to all project team members.
- **_Team Huddles_**. The Project Manager holds regular team conference calls to keep the lines of communication open, to ensure accountability of project team members, and to address developing opportunities or challenges with the project.
- **_Client Review Meetings_**. The Project Manager may regularly schedule meetings to review the status of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of project management concepts and standard
- High level knowledge of organisational practices including sales, contracting, billing and custom design processes
- Demonstrated competence in complex project planning skills
- Knowledge of client relationship management software
- PRINCE2 would be an advantage
- Knowledge of and skill in using MS Office
