**Hours**:07:45 - 16:15 Monday to Thursday, 07:45 - 14:45 Friday

**Location**: Moulton Park, Northamptonshire

**Overtime**: Available

**Holiday**: 28 days including Bank Holidays

**Job type**: Full time, Permanent
Interaction have partnered with an engineering firm based in Moulton Park that manufactures high quality components for the Formula 1, Aerospace and Oil & Gas industries just to name a few. Our client is currently recruiting for an individual to join theirengineering team with particular skills in operating CMM and 3D laser scanning arms.

**The Package**:

- 28 days annual leave - Inclusive of public holidays
- £25,000-£33,000 salary dependent of experience
- Full time, Permanent role
- Ongoing commitment to training and progression
- Overtime available
- Clean working environment
- Potential to become lead inspector in foreseeable future

**The Role**:

- Using PolyWorks 3D software and 3D probing and scanning arms to inspect the quality of components
- To ensure that all parts are inspected in line with the customers’ requirements.
- Communicate all non-conformances to appropriate personnel.
- To ensure that the inspection department is compliant with quality management system and company procedures.
- To ensure all measuring equipment is kept in good working order and calibrated accordingly.
- Maintain a clean & tidy working environment.

**The Requirements:**
- Experience with operating 3d scanning arms both probing & scanning (essential)
- Experience programming & operating CMM machines (essential)
- Experience of using PolyWorks 3D software (advantageous)
- Formula 1, Aerospace or Oil & Gas industry experience (advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication & written skills
