**JOB- Customer Service Co-Ordinator**
**LOCATION- Surrey**
**TERM- Permanent**
**SALARY- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (Dependent on experience, please advise what you’re looking for)**
My client designs, manufactures and services electro-mechanical products and they are looking to take on a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, on a permanent basis, in the Surrey area.
**The Customer Service Advisor will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Have previous experience working in a similar office based Customer Service Co-Ordinator or Advisor role
- Previous experience working for a similar engineering / manufacturing company would be ideal to be able to hit the ground running but not essential
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Be able to work well individually as well as a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent proficiency working with computer and company databases

**The Customer Service Advisor role will involve**:

- Help to lead the team in day to day operations activities
- Help to motivate the team to perform Best Practice Customer Service to all customers
- Answering any questions from team members
- Communicating team goals
- Identifying any areas where training may be required
- Conducting team meetings
- Always providing quality customer service when dealing with enquiries
- Handling and escalating customer complaints when required
- Monitoring team service KPI’s that are in place
