As a firm, we offer all our adviser’s competitive commission splits reflective of the market and a platform to succeed in the mortgage industry. You will be responsible for giving independent advice and making recommendations on mortgages and insurances products from the whole of the market.

You will receive initial as well as ongoing training development and support coupled with and administration back up service.

**Job Description**:

- Developing and maintaining a client base with a view to securing lending, protection, and general insurance business and looking for any other opportunities to generate revenue
- Maximising mortgage sales potential with a proactive approach to business development and securing new clients
- Developing relationships with our introducers and other areas of the business to maximise lead and income generation
Key Requirements:

- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification (For experienced Broker only)
- A proven track record of sales
- Competent Advisor Status (CAS) required for both Mortgages and Protection (For experienced Broker only)
