**Position**: General Operative

**Location**: Various sites across the Yorkshire region and occasionally other parts of the UK

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Role Overview**: As a General Operative, you will engage in diverse site works that include helical piling, groundworks, drainage, landscaping, basic building repairs, and rope access works. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in a variety of site works under the guidance of experienced team leaders.
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
- Travel to and work at different sites across the Yorkshire region and beyond.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all sites.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home Monday to Friday when required; all travel, accommodation, and meal expenses covered.
