**Job Summary and/Introduction**
We have an excellent opportunity to develop your career in HR by joining Andros UK, the home of Bonne Maman, We are seeking a proactive individual who enjoys a range of diversity within their role. You will be ‘hands on’ in every aspect and will support the head of HR.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a diversity of jobs, will take responsibility and ownership and is looking for an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial fast moving environment where you can really make a difference.
You should be self-motivated and able to work under your own autonomy or as part of a team. With the ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- End of month reporting for People and Development Manager
- Assisting with recruitment onboarding
- Ensuring all training is logged and training records are up-to-date
- Support the Head of HR and Line Managers at absence and performance management meetings. Taking notes and writing up outcome letters
- Monitor and Manage labour to reduce costs and overheads
- Project work and employee engagement activity
- Ensure HR documentation is filed correctly, Sending out contracts and associated documentation
**Background & skills**
Andros is looking for someone with a confident personality and attitude. Someone who wants and has the skills to contribute positively to the growth of the company.
This role would suit a recent graduate, HR administrator/assistant keen to move or someone starting out in HR.
- No experience in HR is necessary, but CIPD, or relevant degree, would be useful.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to communicate with people at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, Highly proficient computer skills -good working knowledge of Microsoft packages e.g. Excel, Word - is essential to this role.
- Proven ability to organise and prioritise work throughout a changing environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Discretion and an understanding of confidential issues.
