We are recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Apprentice who is looking to develop a career within a thriving and successful business. The role will be working closely with the people and culture manger and will involve a wide variety of HR duties and tasks.

Your Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship will take place with an online training provider meaning all learning will be done remotely and this will be one day a week during term time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Updating the HR Software (employee details, absence tracking, appraisals)
- Assisting with employee onboarding process
- Conducting induction meetings with new staff
- Minute taking during meetings
- Providing data and insights to management team
- Acting as a support and guidance in the HR managers absence
- Payroll administratin and data entry (pension, hours, increases)
- Scanning and filling documents
- Adhoc administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive topics and information
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
- Must have own transport or live within walking distance
- Interest in the gym/training desirable
