**N+C Glass, part of the Nicholls and Clarke Group is looking to recruit Production Operatives to join our Fareham factory on a permanent basis due to exciting company growth.**

N+C Glass is a highly reputable Glass window manufacturer and have been operating for nearly 150 years. Our Fareham warehouse has vacancies for window sealing operatives to work on our automated production line. We have a vacancy for a 40 hour week 7am-3.30pmand also a 50 hour week 6am-4.30pm working alongside an experienced operator.

**What will you be doing -Production Sealing Operative**:

- Operating glass processing machinery and equipment
- Maintaining health and safety regulations across the factory floor
- Housekeeping of machinery and work areas
- Manual handling of glass (heavy lifting will be required)
- The quality of glass and work produced
- Working on an automated unit production line
- Cleanliness of the finished product

**Person Specification -Production Sealing Operative**:

- Have a willingness to learn (full training provided)
- Be able to work towards a given target
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be adaptable
- Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Able to adhere to the company’s policies and values
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit
- Ability to work on a fast paced production line
