We are working on an amazing opportunity for a Merchandiser to join a successful retailer at an exciting time of growth.

The responsibilities of the Merchandiser will include:

- Analyse and monitor sales and stock levels, ensuring stock levels are in line with demand
- Creating regular sales reports and attending trade meetings with senior management
- Building and developing relationships with suppliers
- Liaising with the buyers, analysing the best and worst sellers
- Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts
- Manage the Open-to-Buy in conjunction with the Buyer
- Manage stocks and underperforming lines through promotional activity and mark down
- Managing and training junior staff members
- The Merchandiser will also be responsible for managing the WSSI.
