**Responsibilities**:
**-To receive BT work instructions and plan all civils work to meet our delivery commitments**

**-Allocate work to our civils teams, considering each team’s capabilities and strengths**

**-Ability to assess traffic management requirements for each job to ensure that we are safe and compliant, liaise with our sister company 4-Site TM to book traffic management**

**-Keep our internal planning system up to date to inform the team of work timelines**

**-Request permits for all civils work in a timely manner through our client’s streetworks team**

**-Address all permit rejections or modification requests**

**-Liaise with the Senior Civils Supervisor to ensure that all permits are opened and closed at the correct times**

**-Report to the Build Manager to confirm that the civils programme will allow the team to meet their delivery glide and client expectations**

**-Liaise with our client and the local authority on a high level programme, or any foreseeable civils issues, if applicable**

**Skills**:
**-Ability to interpret BT drawings**

**-Ability to understand BT work instructions**

**-Adaptable to work within a fast-paced environment**

**-Being reactive and a good problem-solver**

**-Ability to work using their own initiative to benefit the team**

**-Strong communication skills**

**-Punctual & Reliable**

**Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience**

**Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-3pm**

**Based in our Fareham office.**

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
