My client is looking for a passionate and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join their growing team and be a key player in delivery of their marketing activity.

Driving quality sales leads into their team of dedicated account managers and increasing brand awareness are the two key aims in this marketing position.

Working as part of a small and experienced team, marketing activity will cover everything from social media, content creation, print and digital advertising, CRM, partnerships and events.

Monitoring lead performance both daily and weekly, you will use your planning skills to help identify growth opportunities and implement improvements to maximise return on investment.

**Senior Marketing Executive Specification**:
The Senior Marketing Executive MUST:

- Have relevant and recent experience from working in a similar role
- Be commercially focused and analytical, with a good understanding of ROI and measurement KPIs
- Have a proven track record of delivering results within automotive retail marketing or a similar, fast-paced industry
- Have a strong understanding of acquisition channels, as well as the importance of data quality and CRM to support the customer journey; helping to build brand awareness and loyalty through engaging marketing and retention activity
- Be articulate and professional with an ability to collaborate with others, having strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to key stakeholders and senior leaders within the business
