We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven senior marketing executive, perhaps with a background in automotive, to join our growing team and be a key player in delivery of our marketing activity.
**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for a creative and innovative senior marketing executive with sound understanding of the marketing landscape to develop, execute and measure marketing activity to drive brand consideration and quality sales leads into our team of dedicated client account managers.

Focusing on acquisition, retention and reactivation, you will need a strong understanding of acquisition channels as well as the importance of data quality and CRM to support our customer journey; helping to build brand awareness and loyalty through engaging marketing and retention activity.
**What will you be doing on a daily basis?**

As a small but experienced team, our marketing activity covers everything from social media and content creation, print and digital advertising, to CRM, partnerships and events. Whilst individual responsibilities are pre-agreed, we very much work as a team, supporting one another on our day-to-day workloads to ensure the successful delivery of all activity within given deadlines.

We’re looking for a self-starter with excellent organisation skills, the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively under pressure, whilst maintaining a dedication to excellence.

Monitoring lead performance both daily and weekly, you will use your planning skills to help identify growth opportunities and implement improvements to maximise return on investment.
**What experience do you need?**

Ideally you will have a proven track record of delivering results within automotive retail marketing or a similar, fast-paced industry. You will be passionate about cars, preferably with an understanding of motor finance. As we are regulated by the FCA, you will need to be comfortable in ensuring the compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures in addition those of the ASA.
**What training will you receive?**

As our primary function is financial services, a SAF qualification is a necessity but don’t worry we will put you through this in the induction if you don’t hold one.

We also provide ongoing product and regulatory training as well as professional development specific to the needs of your role.
**About you**

You will be articulate and professional with an ability to collaborate with others, having strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to key stakeholders and senior leaders within the business.

You should be commercially focused and analytical, with a good understanding of ROI and measurement KPIs.
