**The role**:
We're looking for a React specialist to lead and a scale a small team of Front End Developers as well as to take ownership of new and existing projects

This role will involve guiding and mentoring your team through projects, defining and designing architecture, code reviews, liaising with stake holders and building both high quality and innovative platforms for an array of high profile clients.

Projects will vary in terms of duration and end product but will have User Experience at the heart and will give you a great opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of new technical environments. This will in turn bolster your technical expertise and giveyou freedom to experiment with new and emerging technologies, tools and methodologies.

This role will also provide a great platform for someone looking to take the next step in their career into a more leadership-centric position.

The office is based in Manchester City Centre but this role is offered remotely (with a very small amount of travel to Manchester and/or to client sites on an infrequent basis).
