**JOB TITLE**: Temporary Finance Administrator

**LOCATION**:Bridgwater, Somerset

**HOURLY RATE**:£10.50 P/H

**HOURS**:Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting for a well organised and motivated Finance Administrator to join a long standing team in Bridgwater on a temporary on-going basis, starting immediately for 3 - 6 months. You will support the company through an exciting period of growth.

This is a varied role dealing with both Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger posting and administration for the finance department and running the company daily reorder requirements for the procurement team.

Key duties will include:

- Processing invoices
- Setting up supplier accounts on supplier
- Input invoices onto the system
- Reconciling supplier statements when required ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved quickly
- Inputting expense claims onto Sage and ensure payments are ready for processing
- Assist with chasing overdue sales invoices to resolve queries and ensure prompt payment
- General accounts filing
- Distribution of daily post
- Answer incoming telephone calls including overflow calls from Reception
