Implementation Lead

**Implementation Lead**
**£52,000- £65,000 per annum**
**Fareham or Guernsey Based**
**Monday to Friday
- 35/37.5 hours per week (depending on location)**
**The role**:
You will have to be based in commuting distance from either their Guernsey or Fareham offices.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Work with the Microsoft product team and the communications team
- Support the rollout, attending regional meetings, hangouts and coaching sessions as required, acting as an evangelist for the platform and a conduit between the partnership and the technology team to ensure that feedback is acted on
- Supporting partners, RST and leadership to move away from WhatsApp and successfully embed teams in their business for communication and collaboration
- Work with the operations team on future phases, including productivity - tasks, planner and shifts
- Take ownership of the communities’ agenda from a digital platform perspective, coaching and advising business stakeholders and community owners to create tribes in support of annual plan objectives/tactics
- To own the ongoing governance and continuous improvement of the Connect+ intranet, coaching communications managers and stakeholders, and ensuring it continues to drive business value
- Drive personal development in line with business requirements, individual needs, and future opportunities
- Develop process improvements within the comms team to leverage the new tools for effective and efficient targeting of communications including the development of audiences
- Contribute to the success of the Communication and Engagement team, providing experienced leadership and support as business needs arise and contributing to team planning and thinking
- Establish and maintain a collaborative and joined-up approach to systems adoption wherever possible across regional and group communications teams
**About you**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced business and creative writing skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital communication platforms and content management best practice - including community management
- Negotiation skills and a willingness to work and collaborate with others while maintaining a strategic focus
- Knowledge of information architecture and user experience principles
- Highly developed project management and organisational skills
- Experience developing, managing, and delivering, at pace, measurable and highly impactful plans to engage stakeholders in support of business agendas
- Results-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- High level of responsiveness and ability to make decisions
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and spot opportunities, a proven record of business analysis

- Demonstrated ability to maintain performance under pressure
**Salary**: £52,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
