**Duties**:

- To successfully carry out the booking, administration, and tracking of apprenticeship related processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures
- To ensure that learner’s status is updated on college systems in a timely manner.
- To support with internal and external audits under the supervision and guidance of the Group Head End Point Assessment (EPA) and Compliance working in close partnership with the MiS, and Delivery Teams across the college group
- To coordinate and action requests for information and data in a timely manner working with internal and external stakeholders
- To conduct administrative tasks across the wider business plus team to navigate busy periods and holiday cover across as deemed appropriate by your line manager.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with customer service experience.
- Experience of accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
- Recent experience in administration of End Point Assessment of apprentices
- High level of digital skills in the use of Office 365 and learner management systems

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent
