As part of the project support team you will be responsible for:
**Incoming Enquiries**:
- Accurately logging all incoming customer problems, sending quotations for problem call outs and forwarding to Operations Manager
**Outgoing Enquiries**:
- Organising postage, samples and deliveries
- Ensuring all outgoing correspondence is well presented and free from errors
**Purchasing & Team Administration**:
- Providing administrative support for the management, project, warehouse and site-based teams
- Processing purchase orders both internally and externally
- Processing supplier invoices
- Liaising with suppliers on delivery dates and requesting shipment dates as required
- Providing updates to Project Management team on the status of orders
- Organising collections and deliveries from suppliers of the workshop shuttle run
- Maintaining and updating Excel worksheets and internal databases
- Prioritising workload to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Assisting with the implementation of new office processes and projects
- Carrying out general office administration duties as required
**PSMP’s & O&M’s**:
- Preparing of PSMP’s & O&M's in a timely manner
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Presenting a positive reflection of the Company at all times
- Maintaining and servicing relationships with existing customers and suppliers
- Project aftercare
**Health and Safety**:
- Meeting all Health and Safety Requirements in the office according to Company Health and Safety policy
- Ensuring adequate personal Health and Safety and that of others at all times
**Child Safety Legislation**:
- Ensuring all job sheets for relevant projects include the Child Safety acknowledgement for completion by customer following installation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
