We are looking for an organised, driven, and adaptable individual to work alongside our Administration team in Nuneaton. The role requires an administrative flair and a CAN-DO attitude, if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you**.**
**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
To administer the Rail Stone Solutions transactions to secure cash from our customers and ensure timely payment to the supplier chain serving the HS2 project. A role that will evolve from a manual process to an automated process, therefore activity and responsibilities will evolve.
The role is responsible for processing Haulier Invoices and charging the tickets to the RSS customers. Building and Maintaining relationships with the RSS commercial team, Hauliers and Suppliers is crucial.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This is an important role within RSS, with primary responsibility to:
- Logging invoices into our central Netsuite system
- Charging out of tickets via ABBYY and logging of any queries
- Daily resolution of invoice queries
- Validating invoices and supporting the Material Matching process
- Supporting in the clearing of invoices for payment
- Assisting with the stabilisation of EPOD
- Assisting in the management of team inboxes
- Regular communicating with internal and external stakeholders
