**General Administrator**

As the General Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal and external clients within British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) and contributing towards our excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, data input into systems, sending communications and liaising with internal and external customers.
- Working alongside the BD, Attraction & Events team, providing a variety of business development, administration and project support.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, minute-taking and following-up any actions.
- Preparing and coordinating a range of reports, documents, and marketing collateral.
- Providing regular sales updates, including chasing, checking, and verifying data.
- Document management across multiple platforms and systems, including the filing and distribution of information to internal and external clients.
- Supporting internal and external communication across multiple projects, acting as a point of contact when needed.
- Communicating in a confident, professional, and positive manner taking time to understand others and their needs in order to maintain positive and productive relationships with colleagues and key contacts.

Knowledge and Experience
- Previous administration experience, ideally from a business development, project management, sales, marketing, or events background.
- Experience coordinating events with attendees from multiple organisations.
- Experience taking detailed and concise meeting minutes.
- Good time-keeping and multi-tasking skills, able to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload.
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach.
- Actively seeks to develop own skills and knowledge, striving to reach maximum potential as an individual and as a team.
- Trustworthy and approachable, always ensuring confidentiality.
