**Role and Responsibilities**:
Our clinical systems are at the heart of what we deliver. We are looking for a thorough and meticulous system owner to be the superuser and guardian of these systems for the benefit of our patients and clinicians. This role is most easily explained in terms of the two primary systems that you will be the owner of.

**Doccla's clinical platform**

This system is the centrepiece of Doccla's offer. It is a highly functioned system providing clinicians with seamless access to their patients. In this role you will be responsible for:

- **Managing pathways**:Setting up new pathways including defining and managing the testing procedures to be followed before go-live. Then supporting pathways with updates once they're live.
- **Managing users**:Setting up and then securely managing users of the system.
- **Training users**:Designing and delivering training on the system to both internal and external users, including owning and developing training resources.
- **Owning the system**:Being an internal owner, reference point, and guardian of the system. This will include housekeeping on pathways and their versions, refining and improving live pathways, aligning processes in Trusts (for clinical safety and operational reasons), and being a reference point for anyone with queries about the system be they clinical, ops, sales, or external.
- **Auditing the system**:Audit logging for incidents.

**Integrations middleware**

One of Doccla's key competitive edges is our integrations engine that connects the Doccla dashboard to our customer's EHRs. You will be responsible for:

- **Implementation**:configuring** **integrations with new customers on the middleware, ensuring coding and thresholds meet specifications and then owning the testing and delivery;
- **Monitoring **the system and working with Doccla developers and clients to resolve any issues and downtime.

**Requirements**:
**All applicants must**:

- Have high attention to detail
- Have experience as a system administrator, registered trainer, or implementations expert on a complex clinical ICT system, such as an EHR
- Be a natural working with IT systems, able to find simple and elegant solutions in complex systems
- Be a clear communicator, both able to succinctly explain the key concepts of a complex system at a high level as well as the fine details

**We are particularly seeking individuals who have**:

- Experience working closely with EHR systems such as SystmOne, EPIC, EMIS in roles such as sysadmin
- Worked with the NHS
- Experience of working in a startup

Our team is remote first with offices in London and Stockholm. Most of the team lives in and around London and visits the office one to three times per week to enjoy in person meetings, free lunch with the team, and the general perks of a WeWork. The extent of remote vs office working will depend on your role, as some roles have the flexibility to be fully remote.
