**About our client**

Our client is an intelligent B2B telemarketing company based in Reading, Berkshire. They’ve been helping businesses grow since 2001 and they are now looking to recruit a New Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.

**Objective of role**:
To generate new business for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- To undertake cold calls from data provided by the Sales Manager/Sales Director to generate clear new business leads
- To use Linkedin and other appropriate social media platforms to make new connections and generate new business leads
- Once leads are identified, to pass the conversation to the Sales Manager/Director for closing
- To take part in client trials generated from new business activity
- To provide all appropriate information to the Client Services and Telemarketing team ahead of trials and/or campaigns to ensure that the trial is reflective of client needs
- To undertake market research to ensure that cold calls and connections are conducted professionally and with as much intelligence as possible
- To provide weekly reports to Sales Manager/Director highlighting activity, progress against KPIs and recommendations for future activity
- To attend monthly/weekly team meetings
- To provide administrative support for the Sales team as required
- Other reasonable tasks as required by the role
